This orange Euc doesn't want to stay flat when you dry it, but the surface is pretty much like revealing muscles living deep in the wood (that's the scientific explanation!). Such pretty stuff. Even thin pieces are quite strong. Just like the more common Eucalyptus Grandis that we see everywhere in California, this wood is really tough to plane or work after it's dry.
